I had broke my back and needed some specific bodywork to get some considerable pain relief and things reorganized in my ribs and spine. Someone told me about Ivy so I made the call and scheduled an appointment.
Upon arrival, her gracious welcome and smart questions assured me she was already thinking about what she could do to help my back.
That first visit gave me hope that regaining mobility and strength was possible.
Ivy worked continuously with very intentional effort and awareness to the risks and vulnerabilities surrounding the still broken bones.
If doing bodywork is anything like reading braille, Ivy must read in 7 languages. She worked near and far from the acute pain, and used distal points to alleviate tension that had accumulated everywhere since the accident.
That was about a year ago. I’ve been back many times.
So glad to have met her and so grateful for her exceptional skill.
